About the Department
At Indiana Hospital & Heart Centre Hassan, our Critical Care Department is dedicated to providing exceptional medical attention for patients with complex health needs. Our 6-bedded Intensive Care Unit is equipped with two ventilators and operates 24/7, ensuring continuous monitoring and life support for critically ill or injured patients. We focus on preventive and specialized care for multisystem diseases, offering comprehensive evaluations and coordinating diagnostic and therapeutic services across multiple departments. This integrated approach facilitates early recovery for patients requiring multidisciplinary care. Led by an eminent consultant physician, our skilled team is adept at managing the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Our critical care services include post-operative care for transplant and surgical patients, as well as both non-invasive and invasive ventilation support, all aimed at optimizing patient outcomes and enhancing recovery.
